Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

I do NOT require a credit card or deposit to book. It’s easy breezy! Please be kind and reschedule or cancel within 24 hours. You will receive an automated text and email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please do not reply to this text. It’s automated. Text or call me at 808-429-5238 🌸

A 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required prior to your next booking IF:

• You have rescheduled / cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment multiple times.
• No call, No show 1 time.
• 2 No calls, no shows will be terminated from booking 

If you are more than 10 minutes late, depending on your service and if I have a client scheduled after you 1). I will NOT be able to complete your full service 2). You will need to reschedule. Please call or text me and we can work on a solution. I appreciate your understanding.

Booking Multiple Services

Click Book More Services under Confirm Booking. Please note the duration of each service. Ex. Booking Brazilian and brow wax. Brazilian at 1pm (40 min service) you need to book brow waxing at 2pm or simply book one service at a time.Trouble booking? please text or call me. 

Payments Accepted

Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Apple pay, Cash App, Zelle. (4.71% HI state tax for credit cards)

Parking

Please park in front of my house by the mailbox or in my drive way.

Please do not bring your toddler if you are having a lash lift service. This service requires you to close your eyes for approximately 90 minutes. I appreciate your understanding.
