Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

No credit card or deposit is required to book—keeping it easy breezy! 🌸 I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You’ll receive an automated text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please don’t reply directly to the reminder—it’s automated. If you need to reach me, feel free to text me at 808-429-5238. I’ll do my best to return calls and messages between clients!

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer / Cancellation fee is required PRIOR to your next booking IF:

• Same day cancellation / rescheduling / No shows:  We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Same-day cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total scheduled service AND must be paid before future bookings.  After a second no-show, future booking privileges will be suspended unless a 100% non-refundable retainer is paid in advance for the next appointment. This is non-refundable. 

• Tardy - I understand that unexpected situations can happen, which is why I offer a 10-minute grace period. However, if there is no communication within the first 5 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled. 

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure the best possible service experience. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible — arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. 

Booking Multiple Services

Click Book More Services under Confirm Booking. Please note the duration of each service. Ex. Booking Brazilian and brow wax. Brazilian at 1pm (30 min service) you need to book brow waxing at 1:40pm or simply book one service at a time. Trouble booking? Please text me.

Parking (this is an IN HOME studio)

Please park in front of my house by the mailbox or in my drive way.

For safety and relaxation purposes, please avoid bringing toddlers to lash lift appointments, as the service requires your eyes to remain closed for about 45 minutes. If you plan to bring a guest, just give me a heads-up in advance. I truly appreciate your understanding! 🌿
